**Loan Administration Executive**

**Location: London City Centre**

**Fully Office Based.**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Administration Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the management and administration of our loan portfolio. Your responsibilities will include arranging valuations, appraisals, and property marketing, as well as maintaining detailed records of transactions and coordinating property maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, reviewing completion statements, and providing exceptional customer service to borrowers and investors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange valuations, appraisals, and property marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and property-related activities.
- Coordinate property maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
- Handle incoming invoices and review completion statements.
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including litigation, accounts, and estate agents, to ensure the smooth sale of properties.
