Recruitment Consultant

As such an opportunity has arisen for a **Recruitment Consultant** to join our **Portadown** team.

**Pay Rate**: £23,000 - £25,000 per Annum (plus commission)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

**Job Criteria**:

- Relevant experience in a business to business sales role
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Have excellent English both spoken and written
- Ideally have driving licence with access to car
- Have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Previous experience working with/exposure to CRM systems - this is not essential as full training will be provided
- Be self-motivating using own initiative when necessary

**Job Duties**:

- Exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the Company.
- Maintaining and developing existing customer service, with the relevant internal liaison and to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction, through recruitment and administration
- Assist in the registration, placing and management of workers assigned to Clients
- Obtain accurate job descriptions, and personnel specifications from Clients.
- Ensure that all Company procedures are adhered to on time.
- Ensure that all statutory legislation is adhered to
