Enforcement Education Officer

Location: Margate, Kent

**Salary**: £15.34 p/h

Hours: 37 hours

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement civil and criminal enforcement campaigns to raise awareness and educate the public on the importance of compliance with regulations and laws.
- Deliver civil enforcement services in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Manage prevention participation by working closely with stakeholders and partners to identify areas of concern, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on issues related to enforcement education.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.
- Undertake any other duties as required.

**Skills, Qualifications and requirements**:

- Experience of developing or working on campaigns on civil and criminal enforcement campaigns.
- Experience of delivering civil enforcement services.
- Knowledge of prevention participation and management.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
