JJob title: Full Time Accounts clerk/assistant

Location: Ballymena

**Salary**: Competitive based on experience

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Provide support to purchase ledger - including posting purchase invoices, sub-contract invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, following up purchase invoice queries and correspondence with suppliers.
- General assistance to our office team.
- Ensuring that Contract folders are opened and kept up to date.
- Assist with H&S Duties.
- Assist with audits - health and safety, environmental and quality.
- Assist with Payroll.

**General**:

- Provide general support to management by being flexible to work additional hours.
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.

**The Person**:

- Sage 50 accounts experience is essential.
- Eque2 Construct experience is desirable.
- Previous experience within Construction is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to fit into a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure.
