**Job Purpose**

You will work closely with the other members of the Capital Gain Fund Management team, as well as with members of the Origination and Execution and Asset Management teams. Portfolio management is financial management, reporting and the provision of technical advice as well as implementation support and driving of value-add initiatives on transactions.

You will work across the various unlisted infrastructure capital gain funds managed by InfraRed, which currently include:

- InfraRed Infrastructure Fund VI, a private greenfield infrastructure fund being currently raised
- InfraRed Infrastructure Fund V, a private greenfield infrastructure fund raised in 2017
- InfraRed Infrastructure Fund III, a private greenfield infrastructure fund raised in 2011

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Lead the valuation process for the capital gain funds coordinating with the Analysts and Associates, and Asset Managers responsible for the different projects / platforms / businesses, ensuring the consistency of the business plans, discount rates, macro and tax assumptions, understanding the changes and the bridge construction in relation to the previous period, questioning discrepancies, presenting the valuations for review by the Portfolio Directors and Fund Managers, preparing the assumptions and valuations papers for the Investment Committees and presenting at the Investment Committee meetings
- Coordinate with the Finance team to have the valuations included into the relevant accounts
- Support the Finance Team and the Portfolio Director in answering questions related to valuations during the annual accounts audit process
- Implement changes needed in the fund models of the capital gain funds and keep them up to date in terms of actuals and the most appropriate structure for the current status of the fund
- Coordinate and prepare the numerical analysis needed for the Advisory Committee meetings and the annual meetings with investors, validating inputs and outputs with the Analysts and Associates, responsible for the different projects / platforms / businesses, dedicated Asset Managers and the other members of the Capital Gain Fund Management team
- Prepare analysis needed for fundraising purposes, investor reporting, investor queries and internal reporting
- Assist in / prepare presentations for investors and internal reporting purposes
- Support the implementation of value-add initiatives
- Supporting / leading the implementation of value-add initiatives (at the company, Fund and investment level)
- Leading specific workstreams to support the asset management of the platforms investments
- General support to the Capital Gain Fund Management team

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven infrastructure experience with a developer, adviser, industrial sponsor, infrastructure fund, project finance advisory and / or lending institution is strongly preferred
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with an additional European language preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and working with detailed Excel project finance models
- Analytically rigorous and detail-oriented, particularly with regards to numerical analysis, legal documentation and written reports
- Manage involvement in a number of simultaneous initiatives, deliver work to agreed deadlines and work well with a variety of individuals across a complex and evolving business
- Good communication in written / verbal English
- Able to synthesise complex matters effectively and concisely
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Problem-solving-oriented and keen to use personal initiative
