Customer Service, Sales and Bookings Administrator

Caring For Care are the UK's top-rated healthcare training provider.
We are looking for an additional course advisor to support us in the next stage of business expansion and growth.
The course advisor is responsible for dealing with customer training course enquiries for our business clients
You will be responsible for ensuring our client's training needs are met, and the bookings are set up and run smoothly..
This role does NOT include any outbound sales calls
This includes:
- Answering telephone calls from clients
- Responding to website enquiries
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Delivering first class customer service
- Explaining our course content to ensure the customer is receiving correct training
- Booking training dates with the client
- Managing trainers’ diaries
- Producing reporting
- Maintaining accurate records
Please be aware, we do have 3 friendly office dogs.

There is an UNCAPPED commission structure as well as a company wide bonus.
In addition we are currently paying staff member and additional £100 per month to support with the increased energy bills and cost of living rises (this is reviewed every quarter)
£32k OTE
**Salary**: £21,450.00-£32,595.00 per year
