Bar Leader

We are looking for a person to lead our bar team. A love for craft beer is preferred.

Duties to include:

- Supervise and lead the bar team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or issues
- Train new staff members on bar procedures
- Carry out regular stock takes & checks.
- Be onsite to organise and run events

Experience
- Previous bar experience is required
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Personal License preferred but not necessary for this role

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
