We are looking for someone who is able to work from 10pm until 07:30am approx. Your duties will include, answering the phones, look after guest's requests, keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include setting tables, tidying and general maintenance as well as any guests needs throughout the night.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet and check in late arrivals with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or concerns throughout the night.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including interior and exterior areas.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for any signs of unusual activity or emergencies.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents, such as disturbances or suspicious behavior.
- Ensure that all fire safety procedures are followed and conduct routine checks of fire exits and equipment.
- **Maintenance and Housekeeping**:

- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing light bulbs or addressing minor plumbing issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Complete end-of-shift reports and accurately record any incidents, guest interactions, or tasks performed during the night.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing late check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist with night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents, power outages, or severe weather conditions.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations and coordinate with management, emergency services, and other staff members as needed.

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
