**We are the first dual branded property in Slough; 2 hotels operating in 1 building **Residence Inn by Marriott is an extended stay brand whereby our guests stay for longer periods of time. It is up to us to make them feel at home with our family of associates All rooms are suites with more living and working space, than you would find in any other hotel room, including a fully equipped kitchen in every suite Our guests (the Maximizers) want to Maximize their stay and we are here to help them do that, by offering grocery services, complimentary daily breakfast and of course all the places to be in Slough, London, Windsor and surroundings

ATTHEMOXY we created a free-spirited place where our guests can do all that crazy stuff they would never think of doing at home, together with likeminded spirits they had otherwise never met, that is why we call them our Fun Hunters The Wi-Fi is speedy, and the cushy beds are freshly made, but more importantly, the bar is always open and ‘the crew’ is always on duty to serve. Our crew can do it all Bartender, greeter, front desk attendant, speedy internet surfing problem solverall you, all of the time.

**Job Scope**

To maximise customer satisfaction by providing neat clean and attractive public areas and assigned back of house areas in accordance with hotel and company standard. All tasks should be carried out in efficient, courteous and proactive way and in line with departmental guidelines. At Cycas Hospitality we look for people who are dynamic, confident and ambitious; people who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too.

**What will I be doing?**
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel’s public and assigned back of house areas daily
- Maximise job efficiency by maintaining supplies and working equipment and stock up supplies after each shift
- Clean public areas including floors, elevators, lobbies, hallways, service areas, stairwells, restaurants, bars and conference & banqueting rooms, offices, public and employees’ bathrooms and health club according to description
- Collect and disposed rubbish in assigned areas
- Complete work projects as assigned by HOD
- Reports all maintenance issues on daily basis
- Ensure all work regulation such as COSHH, Manual Handling etc are followed
- Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service
- Attends to guest needs and requests courteously and efficiently
- Ensure that you have a cleaning schedule for your shift and complete all tasks during your shift
- Perform other cleaning duties as required.
