**DUTIES**:

- Ensuring customers payments are paid in a timely manner in accordance with the payment terms
- Ability to establish strong relationships with customers
- Use of various communication methods to chase overdue accounts
- Resolving customer invoice disputes and queries
- Allocation payments in accordance
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Forecasting cash collections and conduction end of month procedures
- Credit referencing for new and existing clients
- Working alongside finance controller

**REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE**:

- Experience working within credit control
- Confident telephones skills
- SAGE 50 desirable but not essential
- MS office essential
