**The Role**

As LCap continues on its growth journey, we are looking to develop the power of our product suite to revolutionise the way in which Leaders are evaluated and hired.

We are looking for a functional and analytical individual to further build on the current Product Suite we have today and deploy the research into the managed services. This individual will be a key driver for product development in LCap and vital to its success.

**What you will be doing**
- This individual will work closely with all members of the research team, including the Chief Product Officer, to build out all four products as part of the managed service offering.
- You will develop expert knowledge in L.C.A.P. and actively drive further development expanding the platform’s and managed services capabilities.
- You will use management information and project planning within their business unit to anticipate and deliver work that drives timely commercial advantage.
- You will assist the practice in daily use of PACE, Leadership Dynamics, and the Talent product suite, driving greater self-service capability and knowledge across their colleagues.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Very strong data manipulation and analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive insight and action from data
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular PowerPoint and especially Excel)
- Proven track record of a working successfully in a complex stakeholder environment
- Comfortable and experienced in a fast-paced, project driven environment
- Ability to articulate oneself and communicate with different stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Strong organisational and project management acumen with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
