**The Role**

As LCap continues on its growth journey, we are looking to develop the power of our product suite to revolutionise the way in which Leaders are evaluated and hired.

We are looking for an Associate Director to deliver projects brilliantly. Building relationships with Binary Club and using us again and again. Drive your own learning. Agreeing a set of targets with boss and delivering - boss = director. Based on revenue and number of projects delivered.

**What you will be doing**
- Take ownership for an agreed set of KPIs and delivering against those, ensuring you analyse performance on a monthly and quarterly basis for you and your team.
- Maximise the use of technology to ensure information and activity is recorded and you understand the KPIs required to achieve your objectives.
- Deliver on an agreed number of projects assignments an exceptional standard that generates recommendations and a high NPS and generating an agreed number of retainers and completions.
- Engage with clients to agree a project plan and outcomes to ensure customer success.
- Use the full LCAP product suite to maximise the success of each project

**What you will bring to the role**
- Adept utilisation of CRM systems
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Previous experience in similar, technical search or professional services environment
- The ability to drive an agenda around performance management and leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adept at internal and external stakeholder management
