**The Role**

You would be the first point of contact for existing Spanish and Italian business customers. Your role would include:

- Supporting clients in Spain and Italy, with technical, financial and process issues
- Building ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Manually updating systems where necessary
- Using spreadsheets to manipulate data and produce reports
- Supporting training and translation of material

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Spoken and written Spanish to a professional level
- Spoken and written Italian to a professional level
- Good general computer skills
- Excellent Excel skills, (you will use this a lot)
- The logical and structured approach in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Finance, accountancy or bookkeeping is helpful but not essential.

**Location**

This company is based in the Groundwell business park in Swindon near the A419 and Thamesdown Drive. They have moved into new offices with ample parking. The role is commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Gloucester Cheltenham Marlborough, Reading, Trowbridge,Bristol or Oxford.

Based in the office Hybrid working of 2 days per week working from home after training. you would be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with possible occasional travel abroad.
