Offering 100% remote working or hybrid if you prefer. You will be joining an experienced and established department with the opportunity to dive into various projects. This is also an opportunity for any data professionals from within a charity setting that want to step up into a management role, as long as you can demonstrate some line management/supervisory experience. This is a 13 month maternity cover contract in Data Management.

You will be the principal manager of the CRM database and train new users. Ensure that processes and procedures on the fundraising database system are followed at all times. Be the Fundraising, Marketing and Communication Team's GDPR & data compliance lead. Improve current processes and generate new ideas in relation to the fundraising database with a view to improving supporter care and increasing individual donations. Undertake data analysis and insight upon the completion of projects and campaigns. Create standard and ad hoc financial reports from queries on a weekly and monthly basis as required. Provide support and training to the Supporter Services Team.

Essential criteria for this Data Management opportunity:

- Extensive experience in managing a CRM for fundraising purposes
- Ability to train users in income and data processing, data governance and reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of delivering and presenting KPI performance analysis
