**Directorate: People Services**

**Hours: 37 hours a week**

**Contract Type: Fixed term for 18 months**

**Location: Locality 3 / 4**

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to work in an established early intervention and integrated safeguarding team.

Essential criteria for the post includes: (please refer to person specification for full criteria)
- At least 2 years’ experience of direct work with children, young people and families, working in a multi-agency setting in partnership with parents and carers
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, creation, implementation and evaluation of service plans for children, young people and families
- The ability to negotiate and establish working relationships with parents, carers and schools to ensure that statutory responsibilities in relation to pupil attendance and welfare are met

These exciting positions require the individual to work with a range of practitioners across the partnership who are responsible for providing high quality early help services to children and young people 5-16 years and their families.

The successful applicants will display a creative, patient and caring but dynamic approach to young people and their families
