- **Duties and Responsibilities **_
- Maintaining the correct stock levels on the sales floor.
- Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
- Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
- Where applicable, use cash handling systems.
- Maintaining store in clean and tidy condition
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Ensuring your appointed section is never left unattended.
- Keeping sections up to standards e.g., correct pricing, clothes tags are correct, coats/jackets are zipped, ensuring all clothes are sized correctly, maintain all correct hangers are used for the right brands etc.
- Vigilant at all times to prevent theft.
- Use communication system to request sizes from the stockroom team as well as to communicate with management for any support required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
