**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Keeping the store fully stocked and replenished.
- Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
- Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences.
- Maintaining store and stockroom in clean and tidy condition.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
- Ensuring the accurate labelling, placement, arrangement, and cleanliness of goods.
- Process newly arrived goods into the stockroom ensuring they are correctly stored.
- Liaise with Stockroom Supervisor and Merchandising Supervisor to ensure smooth running of stock and visual merchandising.
- Keeping sections up to standards e.g., correct pricing, clothes tags are correct, coats/jackets are zipped, ensuring all clothes are sized correctly, maintain all correct hangers are used for the right brands etc.
- Using communication systems to speak to the sales team on the shop floor to pick footwear as requested.
