**The role**

**What you will do**:

- Management of HubSpot CRM strategy and planning.
- Overseeing the data integrity of HubSpot.
- Building a lead generation and customer loyalty strategy.
- Using analytics and reports to share business insights through CRM data and the marketing function.
- Bulk marketing automation including customer segmentation.
- Collaborating and communicating between marketing, sales and customer success, building a culture of maintaining customer relationships across every function.
- Proficient use of HubSpot.

**Who you are**
- Proven experience with HubSpot.
- Background in customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing methods and best practices.
- An ability to manage marketing projects with multiple stakeholders end-to-end.
- Technical experience with CRM and data visualisation tools.
