**About the company**
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience dealing with motor claims - repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party & property damage.
- Experience in handling the full credit hire process is desirable.
- Ability to handle claims from 'cradle to grave'.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business (you will be audited).
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Ability to work to monthly targets.
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
- IT literate.
**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**:
- Litigation and law experience
- Experience of arguing liability
- Motor fraud experience
- Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
