Our client is looking for a HR Advisor that will offer sound, practical advice and support on people matters within the organisation.

You will be working alongside the HR Manager above a HR Assistant.

Your duties and tasks will include:

- Managing business wide HR processes including new process development projects
- Provide detailed complex advice on policy and process
- Maintain the integrity of people processes across the business ensuring they are always fit for purpose and along with the HR Manager ensuring they are aligned with Scottish Government and employment law guidance.
- Manage the Administration processes

The salary is £28-31k and its 35 hours per week

As for the benefits You will get 26 days holiday plus 9 public holidays and an 8% employer pensions contribution
