Role: Transport Administrator

**Salary**: Starting Salary of £25,500 with an increase after 6 months

Location: Chesterfield

**Overview**

2Fawcett are recruiting for a Transport Administrator on behalf of an established client in Chesterfield within the defleet department.

As the Transport Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the defleet process is carried out in a swift and precise manner, within a busy and fast paced environment. This role is varied, and you will be involved in all aspects of the department.

**The Role & Responsibilities of the Transport Administrator**
- Transport Administration
- Ensure defleet process is carried out in a swift and precise manor
- Handling loss of use/ warranty claims
- Overseeing return of fleet vehicles
- Raising Invoices
- Maintain a high standard of communication with customers
- Creation and issue of the load list to the Goods Movement Team
- Providing eta’s and pods where required

**Requirements of the Administrator**
- A basic knowledge of repair methods would be advantageous
- Experience within the transport industry is essential
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to prioritise your workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Working Hours**

40-hour week, Monday to Friday, usually between the hours of 8.00am and 17.30pm with one hour for lunch. Flexibility on this may be required periodically.
