Drug and Alcohol Outreach Worker

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Adult Drug & Alcohol Recovery Outreach Worker In Newham for a new exciting position, the roles working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). Any mileage / travel expenses incurred whilst on shift will be compensated. We are recruiting for the following:
The post holder will ideally have a proven track record and understanding of working with vulnerable people with drug and alcohol issues in an outreach capacity but other previous settings worked in will be considered. You will handle a caseload of approx. 300 clients, the main task is to do assertive outreach to contact previous clients who have been using the service but have stopped engaging, then either have them back to in active engagement with their recovery worker or discharged if dropping out.
