**Equipment & Parts Co-Ordinator**

**Location**:Woolwich, Greater London**

**Type: Full time, Permanent**

**Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)**

**Salary**:£24,500 pa**

Our client is the Leading Company in Drinking Water Solutions for both companies and households.

They offer innovative water and coffee solutions to businesses and households providing high-quality products and services to improve the vitality of all, whilst respecting the environment.

They are currently looking to recruit for an **Equipment & Parts Coordinator** based in Woolwich, Greater London.

**Overall Purpose of Job**:
**Equipment & Parts Coordinator** will report to the Equipment & Parts Manager.

**Equipment & Parts Coordinator** will be responsible for maintaining the company stock holding and distribution of equipment and parts from the central stores allows service teams to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick, label and dispatch water coolers and parts to be delivered to customers and engineers
- Liaise with the equipment logistics planner and other members of the Central Planning Team
- Liaise with courier partners and escalate unresolved issues to the Equipment & Parts Manager as appropriate
- Send out emergency parts to customers when required
- Order parts from suppliers
- Maintain a stock level of parts to ensure consistent supply to customers and engineers whilst minimising inventory levels
- Ensure correct recording of all equipment and parts orders/movements on company systems
- Liaise with suppliers daily to confirm details of all deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers regarding any delivery discrepancies
- Assess and process the appropriate recording of all returned goods
- Manage all warranty claims with the suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers regarding product quality issues
- Carry out monthly stock checks on selected lines
- Ensure all parts and equipment are stored in a tidy and organised manner.

- Able to prioritise activities
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Technical aptitude

**Requirements**:

- Experience of SAP preferable
- Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer
- Previous experience working in an environment using small electrical equipment.
- 5 GCSEs at grades 4 -9 including Maths and English, or equivalent.
