The Senior HR Advisor will be entrusted with the responsibility of bringing a pragmatic approach to HR practices. Including, but not limited to:

- Support HR initiatives related to organisational change and transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide HR Advice and guidance to leaders and employees to navigate and adapt to changes.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support the changing needs of the organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manager employee relation matters in a timely and fair manner.
- Bring a pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset to HR processes, adapting strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation
- Balance compliance with flexibility, ensuring HR practices align with business goals.
- Produce and utilise HR analytics to assess the impact of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating agility and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of HR services.
- Line management responsibility for a junior team member.

**Requirements**:
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on change management and transformation
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
- Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business
- Ability to design clear and fair company policies
- Driven and determined
- Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
