**VALETER - Vehicle Hire**

Role: Full time, Permanent

We are a family run, vehicle rental company looking for a hardworking individual to valet and prepare our fleet of cars, vans, and minibuses ready for rental. The individual must be reliable and be able work in a timely, organised manner, using their own initiative.

The role is customer facing so we are looking for a friendly, approachable manner with good customer service skills.
- Preparing cars, commercial vehicles, and minibuses for rental. Cleaning inside and out, checking fluids, tyres, and fuel pre and post hire.
- Presenting vehicles to customers, showing them around the vehicle and explaining controls, features and procedures and checking vehicles back in when customers return them.
- Conducting full damage checks on the vehicles before and after rentals.
- Vehicle collection and delivery to and from suppliers, customers, and partners.

What we are looking for:

- Experience with vehicles and valeting would be preferred.
- Mechanical experience or qualifications would be an advantage.
- IT efficient - must be able to use a PC and tablet for customer documents.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- A full driving licences.
- Must be able to work weekends and be flexible on working hours and overtime.

Typical working hours:

- Monday 07:00 - 17:30
- Tuesday - OFF
- Wednesday 07:00 - 17:30
- Thursday 07:00 - 17:30
- Friday 07:00 - 17:30
- Saturday - 07.00 - 12.00
- Sunday 07.30 - 11.00 - every other

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
