VALETER - Vehicle Hire

Full time, Permanent

We are a family run, vehicle rental company looking for a hardworking individual to valet and prepare our fleet of cars, vans, and minibuses ready for rental.

The individual must be reliable and be able work in a timely, organised manner, using their own initiative.

The role is customer facing so we are looking for a friendly, approachable manner with good customer service skills.

• Preparing cars, commercial vehicles, and minibuses for rental. Cleaning inside and out, checking fluids, tyres, and fuel pre and post hire.
• Presenting vehicles to customers, showing them around the vehicle and explaining controls, features and procedures and checking vehicles back in when customers return them.
• Conducting full damage checks on the vehicles before and after rentals.
• Vehicle collection and delivery to and from suppliers, customers, and partners.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with vehicles and valeting would be preferred.
• Mechanical experience or qualifications would be an advantage.
• IT efficient must be able to use a PC and tablet for customer documents.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• A full driving licences.
• Must be able to work weekends and be flexible on working hours and overtime.

• Friday 07:00 17:30
• Saturday
• Sunday every other

Job Types:

Salary:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour
