Appointment Setter

**20K Basic per annum **plus uncapped commission**:

- **_**realistic OTE £30K**_

We are looking for ambitious and eager to earn sales superstars to join on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Role of B2B Appointment Maker**:

- Making outbound calls to prospective contacts and building **rapport.**:

- Establishing a need, presenting the service, and securing a qualified meeting.
- Achieving or exceeding KPI’s
- Updating the client with the day’s progress before submitting the daily report.
- Establishing strong relationships with your Business Development Executive
- Support with administration duties including diary management

**You need to be**:

- A confident communicator able to speak to people from all walks of life and **build Rapport**:

- Experienced in appointment making or a telephone-based sales role/environment
- Success & Target Driven
- Money Motivated
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Outlook Word and Excel
