Appointment Setter

**Job description**

We are looking for a skilled appointment setter to join our recruitment division, to support our business development executives with generating leads and setting client appointments.

**What we are looking for from you**
- Ability to work within a team
- Previous experience in a new business or lead generation role
- Driven and Ambitious individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to identify and engage with potential customers
- Goal focus - personal responsibility for performance and lead development
- Previous B2B experience is desired
- Previous experience working within the recruitment or aviation industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating new business leads through cold calling and prospecting
- Setting appointments for the Business Development Executives
- Achieve the revenue targets set on a monthly basis
- Manage relationships with customers
- Working with the sales team to explore new ways to generate new business

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
