**Position: Senior Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition（渠道与获客）**

**Location: SE15, London**

**岗位描述：**
- 通过对外部渠道（组织/平台/品牌/兼职等）营销资源的引入，实现自身品牌价值传播与平台获新规模；为渠道曝光规模负责。
- 对于外部渠道伙伴、兼职团队建立良好的客情关系与团队管理，稳定持续健康的成本控制与获客结果产出。
- 对线上线下平台资源制定商业化招商方案，对内对外实现商业化合作，同时为商业化规模负责
- 外部组织/品牌形成有效的线上激励反馈，建立良好的渠道合作程序化产品化运营。
- 对于地推兼职人员，形成持续的招募，以及有效的激励与管理手段，控制地推获客成本与效率，建立健康持续的地推获客方案。

**岗位要求：**
- **3年**以上市场相关工作经验，**活动策划，渠道拓展，线下营销**方向优先
- 具备顺畅的英语、汉语普通话和**广东话**沟通；对于在英华人群体生活、活动熟悉；
- 具备优异的市场营销与渠道合作、地推经验者，市场营销、传媒专业优先；
- 抗住的压力，具备对于结果交付的要性以及对于过程实施的细致管理；
- 能够接受一定频次的差旅。

**Responsibilities**
- By introducing marketing resources from external channels (organizations/platforms/brands/part-time jobs, etc.), achieve the dissemination of brand value and platform expansion; responsible for channel exposure scale.
- Establish good customer relations and team management with external channel partners and part-time teams, maintain stable and sustainable cost control and customer acquisition results.
- Develop commercial investment plans for online and offline platform resources, internally and externally realize commercial cooperation, and be responsible for commercial scale.
- Establish effective online incentive feedback and a standardized operational process for channel cooperation with external organizations/brands.
- For part-time personnel in field promotion, establish continuous recruitment and effective incentive and management methods, control field promotion customer acquisition costs and efficiency, and establish a sustainable and healthy field promotion customer acquisition plan.

**Qualifications**
- **3+** years of marketing related work experience, **event planning, channel development, offline marketing** preferred
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and **Cantonese**; familiarity with the lives and activities of the Chinese community in English-speaking countries.
- Excellent experience in marketing, channel cooperation, and field promotion, with a preference for marketing and media professionals.
- Ability to handle pressure, with a focus on delivering results and meticulous management of the implementation process.
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
