**Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata)**:£11,312 per annum

We looking to appoint a Reading & English Mentor to support our pupils develop their literacy and reading skills. You will be working with pupils across the academy; 1 :1 and leading small group sessions.

This varied role also includes supporting the day to day running of the academy library spaces; supervising activity within the library and helping pupils develop confidence in selecting appropriate and enjoyable books.
