The role holder will be responsible for oversight of fund onboarding, vendor management/transfer agency, for a range of Luxembourg and international funds.

**Key remits**
- Responsible for fund onboarding
- Transfer agency oversight
- Responsible for KIID and MI reporting
- Dealing with payments and support of funds
- Preparing legal documents and key prospectuses
- Manage queries from both internal and external clients
- Ensuring regulatory compliance

**Experience**
- 1 - 3 years proven fund administration, onboarding or oversight experience within Asset Management/3rd party environment
- Experience with funds
- Knowledge of UCITS - Irish Domiciled/ Lux Funds would be useful
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships
- Good organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to problem solve and identify risk
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environments
