**Summary of Role**

This role will involve developing long-term recruiting strategies that provide strong talent pipelines for the firm's current and future hiring needs.

**Key Tasks**
- Co-ordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and forecast quarterly hiring needs by Division.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as appropriate.
- Prepare job descriptions designed to accurately reflect duties and responsibilities, as well as job grading, as required.
- Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Build talent pipelines to ensure there is a ready source of talent for vacancies as and when they arise.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, or with aptitude to be trained into the role.
- Familiarity with using social media to research and develop talent pipelines.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within an organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload and meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven experience in a business facing role with the confidence and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HR Databases.
- The ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
