This role will operate across the wider BuildData Group of companies including Createmaster Limited and Zutec Inc UK Ltd and manager the credit control ledger for the Group.

**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Credit Controller to join our finance team. Your role will be to primarily support the delivery of an efficient Accounts Receivable cycle through the collection of customer debt across various businesses (both UK/non-UK based). You will identify and implement improvements to processes and service to customers through the provision of advice, guidance and support to the business, whilst ensuring Company policies, audit controls and legislative requirements are adhered to.

The key accountabilities specific to this role include (but not limited) to the following:

- Chase and contact customers for outstanding payments
- Deal with customer escalations and ad hoc query escalations in the team to support debt recovery.
- Log cash receipts into the various ERPs
- Prepare aged debtor reporting (including debtor days) and provide insightful commentary when presenting this data to management

**About You**

Essential knowledge and skills required for this role include:

- Previous knowledge of debt recovery including court processes
- Confident in using IT systems
- Understands debt collection and cash income process
- Experience in preparing aged debt reports
- Monitors own performance and understands where development is required
- Monitors own priorities to achieve the required deadlines
- Able to articulate a debt position, calculate debtor days and understands debt provisioning

With a generous salary package plus company bonus scheme, the role of Group Credit Controller is offered on a hybrid working basis, split between home working and office based (London).
