Are you a Senior HR Advisor looking to join a pioneering healthcare logistics company? Here at Movianto we are seeking a HR Advisor for our site at Bedford. you must have strong case management experience.

You'll be working Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm on site. Salary is up to £40,000.

We are looking for a HR Advisor to support our Head Office in Bedford. Working closely with the site management teams, you will foster a positive working environment through coaching and the provision of quality advice and guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Employee Relations:

- Act as a primary point of contact for the site management team, providing advice, guidance and support on; investigations, absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
- Support the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support with organisational change programmes such as restructure and TUPE.
- Work with site management teams and teammates in welfare and capability processes including

Occupational Health referrals.
- Mediate and facilitate communication between teammates and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide coaching to line managers across the site to ensure a high level of management practise across the site.

Performance Management:

- Support performance management processes, including, key performance indicators, goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Training and Development:

- Working with the Learning and Development function, identify training needs within the site and support the management teams to coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with site management to implement professional development initiatives.

Policy Development and Compliance:

- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant and meet the aims and objectives of the business.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

General:

- Work with the wider HR team to facilitate recruitment, induction and onboarding of new starters at the Bedford site.

**Experience/Skills Required**

Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.

Knowledge of employment law and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion**.**
