Recruitment and HR Admin required for our public sector client.

3 months - rolling contract

£18.27 Per hour PAYE

Office 1 day per week, work from home 4 days.
- To provide advice and guidance on national and local terms and conditions of service
- Ensuring that procedures and processes are followed accurately to meet service and legislative requirements, including those on safer recruitment.
- Contributing to the delivery of professional service improvement through the HR Transformation programme's transition.
- Continuous communication with internal & external customers
- Regular communication with manager/team leader and colleagues on work position and queries being dealt with
- Managing time effectively to promote continuous service improvement and on going service delivery
- Contributing to projects and tasks with employee impact, contributing to working groups as required
- Continuously improving own knowledge of people management practice, HR shared services best practice and processes
- Taking responsibility to research and understand new/changing employment legislation/policies, as directed in order to provide accurate advice.
- Contribute to the review and development of systems and processes
- Undertake all work necessary to administer Disclosure & Barring Checks (DBS) including training schools on use of new web based solution (incl Identity Checking requirements)
