Reuben Sinclair is a London based recruitment agency servicing global clients and regions for sales, marketing, PR, digital and data requirements. We are a preferred recruitment partner to large consumer brands, global B2B specialists, multi-award-winning agencies, charities, start-ups and of course, talented individuals in search of career assistance.

As part of our growth plans, we are currently looking to hire an experienced **Head of Recruitment** from a recruitment agency or PR agency to join our team in London.

This is a newly created role to help further build on our PR & Communications recruitment offering into **East Coast, USA**.

**About the role**

We're ideally looking for an experienced, ambitious individual with the right level of experience in recruitment and leadership to head up this division.

**Key responsibilities of the Head of Recruitment**:

- Manage clients’ recruitment processes in an exceptional manner - act in a consultative manner using your expertise
- Develop new business within the East Coast, USA market, utilising a range of methods
- Arrange and lead client meetings for a range of purposes, including fee negotiation, representing Reuben Sinclair in an impeccable manner
- Manage and mentor Recruitment Consultants, utilising your expertise to aid their development

**What we are looking for in the Head of Recruitment**:

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment or PR & Communications
- Experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
- Working knowledge in the US market
- Ability to negotiate new business
- Ability to deliver best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated individual
