Search are looking for an individual to join our Talent Delivery team in our Dunfermline office. You will be keen to establish a career within recruitment, building your personal brand to source and attract the top talent for your clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of vacancies on behalf of our clients
- Liaise directly with hiring managers and decision makers to fully understand the job specification
- Manage the recruitment process: short-list CV's, arrange and coordinate interviews, offer management etc.

**Skills required**:

- Passionate, driven and tenacious
- Goal orientated
- Organised and meticulous
- Career minded, hardworking and driven.
- Ability to work to deadlines
