**Admissions Assistant (based at Monkton Prep School)**
**Salary: £26,775 FTE, £18,378.36 pro rata**

**Hours: 30 per week, term-time only + 2 weeks**
**Start date: End of August 2024**

As an Admissions Assistant based at our Prep School, you'll enjoy the unique opportunity to guide prospective families through our admissions journey (from enquiry to enrolment) and see their excitement grow along the way. Best of all, you will be working within a supportive, knowledgeable and close-knit team who values collaboration.

For this role, we are looking for someone who will be:

- **Friendly**: As the welcoming face of our school, you will greet prospective parents with a genuine smile and sense of enthusiasm.
- **Organised**: You will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to keep multiple tasks on track simultaneously.
- **Attentive**: You will engage and connect with families, listen to their needs and guide them through our admissions process with care and efficiency.
- **Collaborative**: In addition to working closely with your Admissions colleagues, you will also partner with members of staff across the school, including the Senior Leadership Team, on the facilitation of the Prep School admissions process.
- **Detail-oriented**: You will need to keep records and database information up-to-date at all times to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Articulate**: You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in an Admissions role isn’t essential. If the above sounds like you and you have a track record of delivering good service with excellent, demonstrable customer care skills, we would love to hear from you
