This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our work in preparing for the move to a brand new hospital; to support the Trust’s strategic goals and objectives (Patients, People, Population) and our People Plan, with a specific focus on the delivery of highly specialist and complex organisational change and OD interventions to support the successful transition to a new hospital and a new Acute Care Model.
The successful applicant will have a key role in supporting the Head of Workforce Transformation, the Head of OD & Learning - and Senior OD personnel in the delivery of highly specialist and complex organisational change and OD interventions. This will involve ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of key workforce & OD transformation project objectives to support the planning and move to a new hospital (MMUH) and the delivery of the Trust’s People Plan to support culture change.
You will have an excellent track record of achieving results in a fast paced, large, complex organisation environment; excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills alongside a creative, evidence based approach, and experience of a range of HR and OD change management processes.
Support the development and implementation of organisational change methodologies to be adopted across the organisation, working alongside key stakeholders and other senior OD personnel.
Provide HR & OD expertise to the Trust, advising on and implementing all aspects of organisational change which could include the Upskilling Plan for MMUH, supporting Groups/Directorates/Teams in managing change and readiness for moving to MMUH, supporting retention project plans; ensuring that expected work outputs, standards and KPIs are adhered to.
Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify and deliver effective solutions which improve organisational effectiveness and that facilitate meaningful organisational change.
To provide timely, responsive specialist advice on organisational change and OD; assessing where the focus needs to be depending on key insights.
Support managers in relation to understanding their responsibilities with regard to organisational change and OD requirements, policies and procedures in relation to the move to MMUH and People Plan priorities.
