**The Role**:
Are you an experienced individual with property management/lettings experience, use to dealing with a large portfolio of properties and a variety in clientele. Organised, attention to detail and a customer focused person working in a fast paced environment.

The role is a vital part of the overall organisation and is the first point of contact for many of our tenants/landlords and clients.

Reporting into the Lettings Manager, within the role you will be assisting tenants with their property requirements, providing expert advice and facilitating successful property transactions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences
- Act as a main point of contact for clients throughout the property buying, selling or renting process
- Provide personalised guidance and recommendations based on clients’ needs, budget, and desired location.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential properties that align with clients’ requirements
- Evaluate and assess property market values, rental rates, and investment potential
- Build and maintain an extensive portfolio of properties available for sale or rent
- Collaborate with property descriptions, pricing, and promotional materials
- Facilitate property viewings and accompany clients on property tours
- Advise clients on property pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes
- Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of property transactions, working closely with legal professionals and financial institutions
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and renters
- Utilise online and offline channels to showcase properties, such as websites, social medias, print media, and open house events
- Create visually appealing property listings with compelling descriptions and high-quality images
- Stay updated on industry trends, property regulations, and market conditions to provide clients with accurate information

**Qualifications**:

- CePAP / PropertyMark qualified or willing to work towards (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- Full clean UK drivers' licence (**Required**)

**Skills and Behaviours**:

- Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or similar role (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- Team management/people management experience
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market, property laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Sales Experience
- Strong customer service
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in using real estate databases and CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 7RJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)
- Lettings: 2 years (preferred)
- Time/Diary management: 2 years (preferred)
- Working with students: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Drivers Licence (required)
