A growing distribution business is looking for a well organised Trainee Accounts Administrator to join their sociable team at their central hub office in Coalville. **Role Responsibilities**

As a Trainee Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and processing supplier invoices
- Checking and raising customer invoices and credit notes
- Checking and approving timesheets
- Entering daily sales figures onto the company's system
- Assisting with end of month procedures within the department
- Liaising with the credit control team at the group's Head Office

- A starting salary of £22,000 - £23,000

- Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00 with 1 hour for lunch

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this Trainee Accounts Administrator role you should be:

- An excellent communicator with good numerical and IT skills
- Able to complete tasks quickly and accurately
- Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys a stable routine and administrative work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
