Administrator - Part Time Maternity Cover with possibility to go permanent

Praxis Construction Contractors has an exciting opportunity for an Administratorto join our regional business office based in **Leicester**.

**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for a part time Office Administrator to join our growing construction company, to cover maternity for a period of 10-12 months with the possibility to go permanent as we hit a period of continued growth.

Working within our small friendly team, we are looking for some with a can-do positive and proactive attitude. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role, possess a good standard of education, demonstrate good communication skills both verbally and written. Be self motivated, use your own initiative and have the ability to multitask. You will also require knowledge of Excel and be comfortable learning new systems.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing supplier invoices and matching of purchase orders
- Assisting our Bookkeeper with invoice/receipt enquiries
- Monitoring monthly supplier accounts
- Process weekly hours for wages
- Answering the phone being first point of contact
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/admin systems
- Assisting with recruitment process and onboarding any new starters
- Conducting research on behalf of the managers
- Supporting colleagues with any ad hoc duties, as and when required

**Salary**

£10,000.00 - £15,000.00

**Working Hours**

09:00 -14:00 Monday to Friday / (25 hours a week) can be flexible on start times if required

**Job Type**

Part-time, Maternity Cover (Possibility to go permanent)

Mid February 2023

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
