Oracle Cloud ERP Process Analyst/SME - Risk Management

Key responsibilities:
Working in alignment to the strategic plan for establishment of the business, you will own the delivery of documented accounting policies as well as a process and controls governance model to enhance risk management and operational efficiency ahead of our"go-live" date
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures for all workstreams, draft internal guidelines and communications
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and Finance team to complete Microsoft Visio mapping for Finance processes, and process documentation
- Support UAT preparation (scripts) based on final signed-off processes and liaise between change management and finance team for UAT execution and transition to system go-live
- Validate and create controls framework including Finance systems role profiles, authority matrix for approvals, documentation of financial controls for audit sign-off

Key Skills/ Experience:

- Extensive experience of designing, writing, and publishing Procedures, Processes and Controls, preferably within an FMCG context
- Widespread knowledge of designing and implementing changes to processes, procedures and workflow across multiple business functional areas
- An in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and how ineffective controls can directly impact the professional integrity of a business
- Excellent documentation skills and expert in MS Office, including Visio
- Preferably experience with Oracle Cloud system
