As a Team Assistant at HS2 you will provide administrative and project management support to the Senior Leadership Team.
**About the role**:
- Perform a variety of administrative and/or support tasks to a high standard and within budget and timescales to support team activities and projects.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other department systems to your local team, the wider HS2 workforce and other stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate the completion of actions and tasks.
- Deliver elements of and support the management of workstreams and initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Maintain electronic documentation system - to be kept updated and maintained.
- File documents and keep the documentation system updated and maintained.
- Undertake general day-to-day duties, including specialist related tasks, maintenance of documentation and financial information, managing mini projects through to completion.
- Collate information and reports for the team to support its activities.
- Provide minute taking support to senior level meetings.
Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies, and procedures on EDI.
**About You**:
**Skills**
- Multi-tasking and organisation skills which should project management and administrative support.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
**Knowledge**
- Administrative or technical support experience PA / Team Administrative support environment.
- Knowledge of Office based software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, coupled with an aptitude towards learning and utilising new software in the office environment (training will be provided in the use of the internal document management system, EB, SAP, and SharePoint)
- Knowledge of or ability to be trained in HS2 policies and systems.
**Experience**:
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of managing mini projects through to completion.
