**JOB SUMMARY**

To raise funds for Wakefield Hospice by selling items online for the best possible price.

1. Meeting agreed personal targets and assisting the Ecommerce Manager to meet the agreed departmental targets.

2. Awareness of retail gift aid and its potential value to the business.

3. Responsible for researching, pricing, photography and listing of donated items for online sale

4. Ensuring listings are completed in a manner that best attracts the highest level of views/bids.

5. Maintaining effective stock control of all items within the business.

6. Maximise sales of new goods online where appropriate.

7. Ensuring purchased items are packaged appropriately and sent out in a timely manner.

8. Assist with the completion of relevant administration on time and to a high standard.

9. Driving engagement with online purchasers and donors by providing excellent customer service and building effective relationships.

10. Providing excellent customer care through quality of service, dealing with complaints both efficiently and effectively, and escalating where necessary.

11. Ensuring adequate security of goods, monies, data and passwords.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.89 per hour
