We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting and aligning HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the globe that represent various business function groups.

**Responsibilities**

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with corporate functions leaders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement within corporate functions.

Talent & Performance Management:

- Partner with leaders to identify and address talent needs, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) to attract, develop, and retain top talent within corporate functions.
- Support the performance & talent management processes, working closely with the COE and managers to set performance expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues.
- Assist with the implementation of performance improvement plans, as needed. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders throughout the process.

Employee Relations & HR Compliance:

- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, offering guidance on employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations; regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices; _global experience preferred._
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
