Customer Advisor - Starting salary £24,200

Location: this role is minimum 2-3 days per week in our Norwich office/Leatherhead Of

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO OUR NORWICH/LEATHERHEAD OFFICE ON A FULL TIME BASIS FOR 4-6 WEEKS DURING TRANINING AS WELL AS 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK AFTER THIS PERIOD.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our growing team in Norwich, delivering excellent service to our customers. You will add new value for our customers through;
- Doing what is required to meet their needs, working towards expertise on high frequency demands.
- First point resolution for appropriate demands.
- Identification and removal of waste, complexity, and failure demand.

We’re looking for someone who wants an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service and be able to react to our customers’ needs whilst also actively seeking out solutions.

You will demonstrate the ability to be a self-starting, enthusiastic individual who can hold the customer at the core of everything you do. A bit about the job:

- Working as part of a team with excellent communication to meet targets and
- Being responsible for your own development although knowledge and skills training will be provided.
- Own demands from start to finish where appropriate, providing confidence for the customer.
- Protect our customers and Aviva by ensuring your activity prevents fraud and meets legislative requirements by accurately recording required data.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload whilst remaining flexible.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- IT literate.

- Salary between £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
