An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Admin Hub Co-Ordinator for the 0 to 19 Torbay Admin Hub.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent individual to provide managerial and administrative support to our service. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the Admin Team and provide wider support to the 0 to 19 Torbay Partnership.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work independently, prioritising and managing their own workload effectively and responding to the needs of the department and wider service.

To provide line management support and supervision to the Admin Leads and Administrators within the 0 to 19 Torbay Admin Team.

To be responsible for the quality of work produced and have oversight of all communications produced by the 0 to 19 Torbay Team and ensure they are ‘on brand’.

To support the Business/Admin Manager to review, analyse and report on data for the partnership.

0 to 19 Torbay’s services are commissioned by Torbay Council in partnership with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, Action for Children and The Children’s Society (Checkpoint services).

Based across a number of centres and offices across Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, 0 to 19 Torbay consists of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Family Support Workers, Support Workers, Community Nursery Nurses and the Administrative Team.
