**Responsibilities**:

- Professional supervision of Social Workers and Care Navigators.
- Case Management, case advice, guidance and discussions
- Chairing strategy meetings
- Supporting s42 enquiries and case allocations Working closely with the Team Manager to ensure effective and safe care support to all individuals and staff.To be considered for the Advanced Practitioner role:

- Have 3-5 years' experience of working within a similar setting
- BSc Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- Supervisor/management experience
