**About the vacancy and role**

This is an exciting **part time** opportunity to join a prestigious digitally advanced dental, implant and specialist referral centre as part of the FOH team.

This is a position for someone who takes pride in their work, exemplary appearance, confident, proactive, a team player, thinks on their feet, conscientious and a great communicator with an understanding of upselling. These are **firm** requirements for this position.

You will join, compliment and support an extremely busy and dedicated front of house, overseen by our team lead.

The importance of listening and adhering to instructions, both promptly and efficiently is also a pre requisite. Must be a team player, flexible and willing to cover holidays and last minute absence when necessary.

You will greet and invite all patients/visitors in accordance with strict protocol. We take exceptional pride in the quality of our patient care so we are looking for an experienced individual with a genuine caring and friendly approach. Whilst having the support of your team, you must be someone who can think on their feet as this is not a hand held role.
- Assist setting up concierge for the day by ensuring all equipment is switched on/clinic diaries are open/checking all iPads are fully charged/patient lounge is ready for the day;
- Meet/greet all patients/visitors to the clinic/daily post;
- Understand the importance of safety and adhere to strict protocols;
- Book patient arrivals/departure in on our booking system (SOE); make/amend appointments/take payment;
- Monitor/update clinic diaries throughout the day, including notifying clinical care team;
- Receive/make telephone calls for patient bookings/deal with enquiries & appointment availability;
- Use video entry system for entry to the clinic;
- Liaise with clinical team throughout the day in respect of patient (clinical) enquiries, when necessary;
- Organise the private patient parking onsite facilities via electronic gates (and to allocate spacing accordingly);
**Qualifications | Experience**

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service is essential for the Dental Concierge role. As mentioned, you should ideally have a sales background but certainly nothing less than an exemplary approach to first class communication skills with a warm caring attitude and an impeccable appearance.

**Dental software (SOE) experience is preferred. **However, those who can demonstrate a quick understanding of software will also be considered.

**How many days will I need to work?**

This a part time permanent position, Monday and Wednesday.

Monday 8am - 7pm/Wednesday 8am - 5pm
